The block will not move. Open the failure card — it shows how much force was missing. Add workers, wet the sand under a sledge, or trade distance for force with a longer lever or a bigger winch.
The rope keeps snapping. Keep ropes below about 60% of their strength: use a thicker rope or share the load.
The lever stops halfway. Tap “Shim” to pack timber under the block and the fulcrum, then press again.
Start over. Settings › Reset campaign progress. Saved machines stay.
